Every cost line closed at zero variance except the contingency reserve, which was not used: total actual cost EUR 2,882,300 against a signed-off estimate of EUR 2,900,300, EUR 18,000 or 0.62 percent under estimate. The five externally paid lines are each tied to a published invoice and its payment.

11. RESOLVING THE RECORD

The assets are Knowledge Assets on the OriginTrail Decentralized Knowledge Graph, in the Skyocean paranet, anchored on Base Sepolia, a public network (network id 84532); paranet contract 0xd5550173b0f7b8766ab2770e4ba86caf714a5af5. An identifier resolves through the DKG explorer at https://dkg.origintrail.io (testnet) or through any OriginTrail node. The catalogue record carries an "Open on DKG explorer" link for each asset, which is the shortest route. Canonical identifiers are stable per logical asset; versioned identifiers are per publication, and both are listed in the full report.

What the parser extracts. Vessel MSC ASCLEPIUS, IMO 9779991, voyage SIM003E; load port GRSKG Thessaloniki; the carrier bill of lading reference MEDUTH26050001 which is the trade-resolution key, since port systems never know Skyocean identifiers; and per container the number, seal, verified gross mass and gate-in timestamp across six containers, staggered 05-08 to 05-10. The VGM sum reconciled against the bill of lading gross weight at 0.0 percent variance, the port authority thereby independently corroborating the carrier's containers, seals and weights.

Why these two matter. Six container numbers appear in both wires, one shaped as a customs declaration and one as a port gate report. In production these arrive from two unrelated authorities, a customs administration and a port terminal, neither of which knows the other filed, and the ingestion path treats them accordingly. In this published corpus the data is substituted, so what these wires evidence is that the parsing, matching and same-authority collapse logic works on production-identical format. The convergence engine's job is exactly this: the same physical facts arriving through independent channels, cross-checked deterministically. These wires are the inputs; the Convergence Record above is the output; the audit report shows the per-axis result. Input, computation and output are all inspectable.
